S-K operates a hazardous waste incinerator that can take waste types such as: wastewaters, contaminated soils, dioxins, inorganics, organics, paint sludges, PCBs (any concentration), pesticides, reactives, halogenated and nonhalogenated solvents, heavy metals, acids, caustics, and oils.
Other services provided at the facility include PCB equipment decommissioning and retrofitting.
For a waste stream to be treated at the facility, the waste must be profiled by the generator, analyzed for required parameters, and formally approved by the facility.
The facility is operating under an approved RCRA Part B Permit.
