Chemical Waste Management operates a hazardous and nonhazardous waste landfill and treatment facility in Henderson, Colorado. The facility can accept the following types of wastes: wastewaters, contaminated soil, inorganics, organics, paints, sludges, PCBs (any concentration), pesticides, reactives, halogenated and nonhalogenated solvents, TCLP toxic metals, acids, caustics, and oils. Treatment and disposal technologies available at the site include: landfilling, distillation, neutralization, solidification, and stabilization.

          The facility can accept TSCA wastes and is operating under an approved RCRA Part B Permit.
